{"id":2175,"date":"2013-06-12T22:05:22","date_gmt":"2013-06-12T20:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/?p=2175"},"modified":"2021-03-04T15:00:05","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T14:00:05","slug":"granataeblemarineret-kylling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/2013\/06\/12\/granataeblemarineret-kylling\/","title":{"rendered":"Granat\u00e6blemarineret kylling"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Vi har f\u00e5et en bog om <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bogpriser.dk\/work-88711-roeg-weber\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">r\u00f8gning<\/a> &#8211; meget passende til <a href=\"http:\/\/knastaksel.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mandens<\/a> nye Weber Smokey Mountain.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2161-20130612-143238-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Idag har vi dog ikke tid til at t\u00e6nde op i WSM&#8217;en, men opskriften p\u00e5 granat\u00e6blemarineret kylling m\u00e5tte bare pr\u00f8ves.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2163-20130612-143704-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/dejgaard.net\/blog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">konen<\/a> forbereder marinaden over middag.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2165-20130612-152607-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Og kommer den marinerede kylling p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i godt 4 timer.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2167-20130612-193134-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Da manden kom hjem fra arbejde, gjorde vi kyllingen klar.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2169-20130612-193534-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>og &#8220;monteres&#8221; p\u00e5 rotisseriet.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2171-20130612-204823-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En god time under l\u00e5get og vores kylling dufter himmelsk \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/alpeblik.dk\/grillkylling\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/wpid2173-20130612-205901-MHP.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Serveres med rebildsalat, inspireret af en salat vi engang har f\u00e5et hos\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.munch-skagen.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slagter Munk<\/a> i Skagen.<\/p>\n<p>Til salaten bruges f\u00f8lgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd hvidk\u00e5l, eller spidsk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>2-3 porer<\/li>\n<li>1 ds. ananas<\/li>\n<li>2-3 \u00e6bler<\/li>\n<li>200 g. rosiner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hvidk\u00e5len og porrer snittes fint, \u00e6bler og ananas sk\u00e6res i tern.<\/p>\n<p>Til dressingen bruger vi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl. mayonaise<\/li>\n<li>6 dl. creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk. sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 dl. ananasv\u00e6de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mayonaise og creme fraiche r\u00f8res sammen og smages til med sukker og ananasv\u00e6de. Hvidk\u00e5l, porrer, ananas, \u00e6bler og rosiner blandes i dressingen og smages til.
