K\u00f8det skal op p\u00e5 90 grader og temperaturen i grillen skal holdes p\u00e5 omkring 110 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 07.00 er temperaturen i grillen oppe p\u00e5 ca. 80 grader og k\u00f8det er p\u00e5 16 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 07.38 er temperaturen i grillen kommet op p\u00e5 ca. 110 grader og vi har lukket de nederste luftspj\u00e6ld med ca. 1\/3. K\u00f8det er kommet op p\u00e5 26 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 08.40 er temperaturen oppe p\u00e5 120 grader i grillen, s\u00e5 luftspj\u00e6ldene lukkes lidt mere for at f\u00e5 temperaturen ned igen. K\u00f8det er p\u00e5 46 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 09.00 er vi lige et smut i Tr\u00e6gaarden i Kaas for de har 25% rabat p\u00e5 alt Weber tilbeh\u00f8r \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 09.54 er temperaturen i grillen knap 120 grader og k\u00f8det er p\u00e5 64 grader. Vi \u00e5bner hurtigt i midten for at checke briketter og vand &#8211; alt ser fint ud. Der er vand nok, men nu n\u00e5r vi alligevel har den \u00e5ben fylder vi mere vand p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 10.52 er temperaturen i grillen stadigv\u00e6k knap 120 grader, s\u00e5 vi har lukket lidt mere for luftspj\u00e6ldene. K\u00f8det er p\u00e5 71 grader. Normalt vil k\u00f8det ikke stige de n\u00e6ste timer, det er nemlig nu fedtet omdannes.<\/p>\n<p>Kl. 15.34 ligger temperaturen i grillen p\u00e5 knap 115 grader og k\u00f8det er oppe p\u00e5 85 grader. Den best\u00e5r af nachos chips med smeltet chedar ost. Det er absolut v\u00e6rd at bruge tiden p\u00e5.
