L\u00f8get skr\u00e6lles og\u00a0hakkes, tomater\u00a0og agurk deles i passende stykker. Quark og\u00a0mayonaise r\u00f8res sammen, der tils\u00e6ttes et skvat hvid balsamico og smages til med salt &amp; peber..
