Juleaften skal vi lave fl\u00e6skesteg i sous vide og da vi ikke vil risikere at mislykkedes med julemiddagen p\u00e5 selve juleaften, har vi valgt at lave testmiddag i dag \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p><img p\u00e5 59 grader, kom vi stegen i ovnen ved 250 grader grill i ca. 30 min. for at f\u00e5 spr\u00f8d sv\u00e6r&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full sovs, som man kun f\u00e5r fra fl\u00e6skesteg og chips til, for som jyde er det et must at have chips til at skovle sovs op \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
