Ostene var fra lokalomr\u00e5det og vi fik en god snak om hvor og hvordan de forskellige oste var fremstillet &#8211; jeg elsker at komme ind til folk der er passioneret omkring det de g\u00f8r og hvor man kan se stoltheden over produkterne og ikke bare f\u00e5r en sludder for en sladder for at s\u00e6lge s\u00e5 meget som muligt.
